I was impressed! 5 gallons of wine is too much for me and my wife, this small batch is perfect! It is a 1 gallon kit, but I find that the biggest draw back to this size is that you’re really going to be left on your own for creating the recipes to go in it. 1 gallon wine kits are hard to come by and they cost almost as much as a 5 gallon kit. So, be prepared to stomp your own grapes or fruits!
