Smoker Probe Port Install and Modification

Install of a probe port on an Oklahoma Joe Highlander Offset Smoker. The standard temperature gauge that come with most smokers are not very accurate. I use a two probes in the smoker. This probe port allows for the probes to be inserted without issue and without a lot of smoke leakage. It turned out to be an excellent modification for the smoker!
