What’s in the Box? Harbor Freight Predator 6.5 HP Chipper Shredder (62323)

I had to order my Harbor Freight online. It was the first time I did an order with them online to be shipped. Not only was it "delayed", but the packaging was severely damaged. Harbor Freight or FedEx at fault?
