Zinsser DIF Wallpaper Remover – LAME

We have a bedroom with wallpaper border we are trying to remove. We fell for part of the buying gimmicks of the Zinsser paper tiger scoring wheel, and the wall paper remover. Well, we're not happy with the results, and the mess.
